It arrived a day earlier then was expected and was relatively easy to assemble. The back rest on it is comfortable and provides good support for my lower back. I like that it allows for easy height adjustments and allows me to sit pretty low to the ground. I'm only 5 feet tall so I've had issues with chairs being too tall where even on the lowest setting my feet still dangle. I only have one complaint and that is the smell. I've had it about 2 weeks and I've cleaned it with Lysol and Febreze and I still can't get rid of the chemical smell. It rubs off on fabric too so beware if you buy this chair, the butt of your pants will smell like the chair. Other than that I'm overall very satisfied with this chair.

I just put my chair together yesterday and so far it's very comfortable and cozy. it took sometime to Assemble. I am happy so far with the purchase.
