AutoFull Return Policy

At AutoFull, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process the return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at service@autofull.com. We will provide the necessary return address and detailed instructions to ensure a smooth process. Kindly ensure the item is returned to the correct address to avoid delays or complications.

Return Shipping Fees

  • For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send a notification confirming receipt. Upon approval, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to be completed.

Delays in Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:
