Amazing Chair Amazing Service
We've had this chair for about 2 years and 6 months. The build quality is very good, the chair base that attaches the gas cylinder to the seat did break just about a month back, and rapidly got progressively worse. I believe I've seen other reviews about this. However Autofull like everyone has said before is AMAZING at working with you to get things fixed. They didn't bother sending another chair base to me, instead they had me buy one on prime and re-funded me the cost of the item. Their support staff are incredibly quick and very helpful. They were able to suggest and send several items, and were interested in feedback. These are the sorts of companies that I look for when I purchase things, since they're very devoted to their customers. Over all the chair is holding up very well. My girlfriend who has dyed hair does have the dye rub off on the fabric, and others who have cloths that have dyes run, have had this problem as well. This isn't really something I can fault the company for however. They're even sending a new bunny head band for the top slot.
This is a great company with an amazing product.
I love this chair a lot and it goes with my pink computer room. The fabric on the arm rest do get stained easily but are thankfully easy to hand wash. One of the wheel wells did break after 10 months of use, I reached out to auto full and was sent a new base for the chair. I dont know if most of all know this but they ll replace parts for free up to three years!
The chair is super cute and comfortable. The height is easily adjustable, and it isnt hard to put together. Definitely recommend
