The chair is as advertised with tilt, footrest and mastered feet to roll. The chair is modest quality and a good all around gamer chair. It is comfortable. Holds posture without hurting resting points. The customer service took me six days and two tries to get hold of to inform them my purchased item with verified receipt was not shipped. The item shipped the following day and arrived three days later. Putting the chair together was easy. Referred to instructions with photo diagrams included in the order. Price was on point. The design is artistic aestetically. The build is sturdy. Quality in service and product are applauded overall. I will return, in time, to AutoFull to purchase a higher quality chair.

The chair itself is beautiful! The designs look great and it has such an expensive feel. The only reason I took one star off is because the armchairs are not as comfortable or adjustable. But overall a great buy.
Confort et facile à monter
Cette chaise est un régal. Le montage etait facile et rien ne manque. Les trous, vis, outils dans le package sont conforme et du coup le montage est ultra simple. Le manuel illustré pour le montage sera d'une grande aide si vous aviez du mal. Seul détail à retenir le poids de la chaise. Une fois monté, le confort est vraiment optimal et on ressent le soucis du détail apporté tant dans le packaging que dans les élements.
