I really like the chair . The only problem is the armrest will tilt when you lean on it .. and no back heater for the chair . But super comfortable. One week in .

Absolutely love this chair!!! It was super easy to put together. This chair is very comfortable and love all the features. I just came off back surgery and order this chair to have from when I got home. Very happy with it and love the head pillow. It's adjustable which I awesome and it's stays put. Keep up the great work guys, you got one hell of a chair.

Surprisingly good chair considering the price. Nice back support. The little "pillow" or whatever it is feels great on the neck. Chair could raise a bit higher than its limit, but not a deal killer. Easy to put together. No need for tech support - it's a chair, sit in it. Happy so far.

i got this chair and its a nice chair but it just seem that it creeks a lot. i am a skinny guy but i do seat in it kinda weird so its most likely my fault do recommend.
