At AutoFull, we believe in transparency and building lasting relationships with our customers. That’s why we offer a No-Questions-Asked Warranty on most products for up to 3 years from the date of purchase. If your AutoFull product is damaged, malfunctions, or has any other issues, we’ve got you covered.
Extended Warranty
When you purchase through our online store, subscribe to our updates, and leave a public review, you’ll receive an additional 2-year warranty on top of the standard coverage.
Our Promise
All AutoFull purchases automatically come with our No-Questions-Asked Warranty. If you’re unsure whether your product is still covered, just email us at service@autofull.com with the following details:

- Shipping Address
What’s Covered
- Missing parts at the time of delivery
- Damaged parts at delivery or within the first year
- Items that don’t match the product description at the time of purchase
- Major components, including pillows, cushions, armrests, base, wheels, and more
How to Request Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim, reach out to our Customer Service Team at service@autofull.com with details about the issue and your order number. We’ll guide you through the process to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If you need to return a product, make sure to keep a copy of the shipping information for your records.
30-Day Return & Cancellation Policy
Return Description:
Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Order Cancellation: If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation within 3 days by contacting customer service. We will process your request within 2 business days.
Cancellation Eligibility: Orders can be canceled if the request is submitted before shipment and within the allowed cancellation period stated on our website.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
