I used to be sticky and sweaty while gaming, but since I'm now able to cool to 34 degrees celsius, I am no longer sticky and sweaty. The foot rest is a great way for me to relax and be able to fidget while gaming. The chair goes back 160 degrees and it's the perfect reclining position for someone who doesn't want to go too far back. I don't like going outside, so this chair makes it so I never feel inclined to do so.
It was a bit stressful because I accessed the AI Chat on the website, and it said it did not have my order. I wanted to know when the chair would arrive. I then emailed customer service and they replied the next day with the exact shipping date and delivery date. I am happy with that. The chair came within one week of ordering it. Now, for the Chair review: It is incredible. Perfect lumbar adjustment for my back! Excellent air-conditioned seat and heated seat, and they both work well. The build is very sturdy and comfortable. The armrests are nice. I love the recline feature and the leg rest. Overall, the chair is firm yet comfortable, giving my back much-needed support! I would repurchase this. I recommend this chair!
this particular chair I received is missing its metal bracket on the left side. However, its not really affecting any stabilization or cosmetics (there is a plastic piece to cover it), so I can live with it with no issues.
Other than that, this chair seems to be perfect to me. Its so heavy that as twice heavier than any other gaming chairs I have ever had.
The highlight is lumbar support as shown in the picture. It really extends out to my waist position and it is very firm.
Also, of my favorite part about this chair is the assembly process - it really tries to make everything simple with pre-screwed hardware to the correct mount position (instead of throwing everything in a bag) - so ZERO instructions needed to match the screw size and length.
Highly recommended - the manufacturer really put their heart into this product.
