Overall, I like this chair.
PROS
- Great back support. I have a bad back so I need my back kept perfectly straight. This chair does the trick. With my old chair, it was too big and I had to use a giant king-sized pillow to keep my back straight.
- Looks much cooler than normal office chairs.
- Great price. A nice chair at Office Depot or Staples will run you $200. This one is priced at $100.
- The seat of the chair is slightly too long in the front/back dimension. However I am putting this as a pro because, for many chairs out there, this part is WAY too long and I can't even bend my knees if my back is touching the back part of the chair.
- Customer service for this company is great. My gas cylinder broke, and they sent me a replacement for free.
- I like the adjustable pillows and cushions they included. I moved the lower back cushion to the top and use it for my head, and it is perfect.
CONS
- Not the best quality materials. I've had this chair for 6 months, and 2 parts have broken (the gas cylinder, and something related to how the back of the chair attaches to the base on the right side).
- There are 2 metal bars that stick up from the seat, by the armrests. These look cool and are fine if you keep your legs straight forward, but can become quite painful if you want to cross your legs Indian style.
For the style, price point, and good posture, despite the fact that it breaks easily and has some other issues, I would probably buy this same chair again.

I got the pink color of this chair for $199+20 for shipping. I was a little annoyed it was $70 more than the other designs just for the color. But the design & color was exactly what i wanted & it is adorable in person. its a warm bubblegum/pastel pink. it matches my keycaps & mouse perfectly. unfortunately, the back arrived with a small hole & small rip. Since it is such a light color, it was very noticeable. The seller sent me a new chair back quickly though, & I don't think it is their fault, just the shipping.
Super easy to set up, no issues. Once you break the chair in and sit in it a few times it feels much comfier than the day you get it, it can feel stiff at first. But now its crazy comfortable for when i play games. I personally dont use the pillows bc the shape of the chair is perfect for support for me and I'm not a fan of how they look. But I very much recommend to have a seat cushion or pillow to sit on just to prevent wear on the seat !!
The only downside is- I feel the material you have to be careful with not to scratch or leave marks vs other real leather chairs. you have to care for it for it to last. If you get the pink, dont wear dark colors in it or if you do, have a cushion that covers the seat & back.
I dont understand the reviews that said the armrests are too short & to not buy if you're over 5'4, theyre perfect for me.. I am 5'8 130lb for reference. The chair is at its lowest height in the photos which I usually use it at. & my feet sit flat. overall, very happy with my chair??????

So this is a personal review, not an overall review so I gave it 4 stars because most people will like it. I though freaking hate this thing. I can't cross my legs in it. The seat part has thigh guard bars so that they don't slip on the side and they are seriously horrible. (my fault for not reading reviews thus why I'm writing one) 2 the armbars bend very easily. They are supposed to support you and they don't really. The bottom pillow gets squished and molds to your body really quickly. It is actually hella uncomfortable. Literally, everything else about the chair is great. Since I have ADHD and move in my chair a lot, THIS is definitely not the chair for me after using it for a long time. I will replace it as soon as possible and give it to my buddy. He sits still and will probably love it.

Love it , Its comfortable. Big enough for a much taller person . I am only 5ft with wider hips and I fit in the chair just fine with more room to spare.
The chair didn't smell either. I read reviews that it smells but my chair didn't. Plus very easy to put together. Didn't need any help .

Ok, this admittedly was a little fiddly when I assembled it, but it wasn't difficult to put together. It was actually easy. And I don't know how anyone could screw up assembly so bad that they blamed the manufacturer, but I saw so many bad reviews that do exactly that. I have a feeling a competitor is hiring neanderthals to bang rocks together and assemble furniture wrong.
Anyway. This chair is actually way better than anyone has said. I've had it for a while now. No strange smell. Fairly comfortable, and one of the more affordable options for a gaming or high backed office chair. I've used it for hours designing things, 3d modeling, gaming, document typing. It hasn't injured me or made me regret getting it. It's a perfectly normal chair with adequate padding and fairly comfortable. Of course I don't weigh 300 lbs either. So ymmv.
I easily recommend this chair. Sure it has an off brand name, but it has name brand quality.
My only single complaint is maybe the design is a little more top heavy than a low back swivel chair, so if you are edge sitting, you're going to fall on your butt. But that is more my fault than a chair design flaw.
