I've had this chair for a couple of years now. So far its been awesome. No issues whatsoever. No tears no broken parts. I use it everyday for hours at a time. Its a good quality product.
Chair is close to great but wish it had adjustable tilt. Other than that the customer service was amazing. Received my chair with a deformed lumbar pillow but after a quick message to the seller they sent out another replacement and made it right.
